Instant Coffee

How many of you can survive without having at least a cuppa coffee daily? I’m sure many of you out there drink some Instant Coffee to jump start your busy day ahead.

Here’s some facts about coffees that many might not know:

  • The energizing effect of the coffee bean plant is thought to have been discovered in the northeast region of Ethiopia, and the cultivation of coffee first expanded in the Arab world.
  • The earliest credible evidence of coffee drinking appears in the middle of the fifteenth century, in the Sufi monasteries of Yemen in southern Arabia.
  • From the Muslim world, coffee spread to Italy, then to the rest of Europe, to Indonesia, and to the Americas.

    Woops – arab the first to drink coffee – enlightening!!

    I cannot remember clearly that British the first to bring coffee to malaysia -last time sejarah lesson ….if my memory served me correct!
