Someone really special treated me to a birthday dinner at Double Tree by Hilton today. Can you guess who it was? Here’s some hint:

Neway, it was a buffet, and we get to try various food that the hotel was offering.
I tried some local delicacies from the Chinese Kitchen. Loved the taufu and the roasted duck to bits. The skin was really crispy and the meat was well marinated and tender.
Assorted kuih raya from the Malay kitchen.
Double boiled Szechuan seafood soup with various dimsums. The soup was to die for, and I would have go for several helpings if it’s not because I was already stuffed.

There’s a whole lot more food, but I got to wait for my official photographer to email me the pics cuz I… *ahem* was too occupied eating that I forgot to snap the pics. Naturally, the tummy comes first. 😛
