Simplot hashbrown potato and shrimp pancake

So, okay… I got a little bit lazy and so this recipe post came in abit delayed. 🙁 You know, I wasn’t in the mood and all that. You can blame hormone, stress, and even sheer laziness on that.

Anyway, better late than never, right? So here’s the recipe for Chef Wan’s Simplot Hashbrown Potato and Shrimp Pancake

They key to making a good pancake is the batter…

If you get the batter right, then the pancakes will be awesome…

Here’s Chef Wan, teaching us how to fry the pancakes in the pan. One thing he told us is that you got to control the fire.

If you’re frying a pancake, you must always remember to do it with slow fire.

And it will turn out just right, all fluffy and nice.

Use hashbrowns? Hehehehehe!!!! I use burger patties for my meatballs and add to the other ingredients…and I thought I’m the only one taking shortcuts like that.
