Weight loss

I’m a very vain person. I like to look pretty and beautiful like many other women my age and so, I dress up when I’m in the mood for vanity. But I could never understand the concept of diet and weight loss, because in truth, I’m pretty much underweight for my age, my gender and my height. I am just 34 kg. That’s just not normal.

I tend to not dwell on my lack of weight and flesh, because there’s so much advantage to it. I get to eat anything, anytime I want when the rest of the female population would be worrying about how much damage the cholesterol would do on their body and how much time they would need to spend on the threadmill as a punishment for indulging later on.

Being underweight, is really an advantage. I don’t have to go on a strict diet, and I could a eat a whole box of large pepperoni pizza in the middle of the night along with some macaroni and cheese as well as a few slice of sinfully delicious garlic bread and wash them down with some  iced  coke in the middle of the night and go to sleep  after that and still don’t have to worry about putting on weight.

Yes, I am blessed indeed. Not many could do that without having their conscience nag them to death.

Weight loss and dieting is not for me, but don’t let that stop you from following your own diet, because each and every one of us is unique in our very own way. One man’s poison is another man’s meat.

I don’t quite encourage you going around dieting without the expert’s advice, but if you’re interested in diet weight loss program, though, you can check out the link. It might help you and advice you on how to shed some of your jiggly bits that you’ve been worrying about.

ps: If you’re a guy… I think there’s no harm in visiting the gym and get the sexy V-line…they’re just to die for!

34kgs? And I thought my mom’s 45kgs was distressing enough. Hope you are healthy as a hummingbird.

Not everyone can get those V hips dear. It’s also in the genes 😉

Beauty is only skin deep… It’s not the appearance that is important but the beauty that lies in the heart. 34kg? Last time, I dared to check…I think I was 120…kg, not pounds! Muahahahahaha!!!!

I used to be underweight, too. But after having a child, I just couldn’t shrink back to my old self. I like it because I gained a little flesh on my legs; but I still have that unwanted baby fat. It’s all good! 🙂

    Lovely blog!

Hi, welcome to my humble blog. First time here, I see. 😀

Gosh, that’s not fair. I was hoping that I’ll gain some curves and uh… abit of boobs enlargement after giving birth, but no… I’m stuck with the stick-like figure and you could put me into a children playgroup and nobody would notice the difference. That’s just not fair!
