What I’ll be doing this weekend…

Someone asked me of my itinerary over the weekend. My answer is: I’ll be killing people mercilessly and torture them slow and bloody. I think I’ll do that. πŸ˜€ I’m a little bit inspired, so I think I can kill off some people in my novel. While I was brainstorming the other day, I had this marvelous, evil genius idea for a new book,  but sadly, I’d just have to pen the idea and put it aside for awhile and let it rest so that my on-going work won’t be sorely neglected, just because I can’t concentrate and prioritize.

Besides giving people grieve and misery…I’ll also be devouring these…I just got them at a books sale yesterday. The usual dose of fluffs.

A closer look at my loot…

My usual dose of romance fluff…the two hour reads that will be in my backpack each time I go out. πŸ˜€ (Yea before you ask I do bring some of these 2 hour reads in my bag with me…sometimes I read them while waiting for my tea or meal in a cafe. It’s habit. Just to kill time.)

Besides the usual dose of romantic fluff, I got myself a fairy tale parody book…just the thing I need to convince myself that I’m not the only one who thinks that some fairy tales are ridiculous!

And, some food for the soul…

I know what I’ll be doing on my weekend. How about you… will you be feeding your brain a little bit and exercising your thoughts?

Cleffairy: Which one is true? The pen is mightier than the sword? Or action speaks louder than words? πŸ˜€

Both are equally true…The pen thing & the action thing πŸ™‚

Urmm again books may be enemy for now- hopefully it’ll turn into my good friend(in due time) – *grasping for air* (when thinking of that)..

But the TRUTH is people who reads alot gained more knowledge / wisdom & is more articulate in expressing their view…..But then there’ll be certain minority like me that keep giving excuse for not reading book (but i do read newspaper & IT magazine – count as reading , rite?) πŸ™‚

I guess it’s equally true, no? Depending on which kind of situation you’re in. Sometimes, writing is more effective… like complaints and whatnot… but sometimes, it’s better that we take action than just complaints. Yup… you’re right. They’re equally rue.
