Franco might just be the place for you. A French-Japanese restaurant, Franco offers fusion food with interesting twist. I visited the outlet with my husband recently and thought what they had to offer is pretty cool. Here’s sharing what we had:

Souffle Cheese, Ice Tea with Softie,
Matcha Smoothie and Berries Cheesecake

Souffle Cheese. This is something that I ordered out of whim and had no high expectation on it. But I’m glad I picked this from the menu. The Souffle Cheese is surprisingly delicious. It was not cloyingly sweet with soft and airy texture. Highly recommended dessert for you to try.

Berries Cheesecake. Cheesecakes traditionally comes in slices. But not in Franco. Cheesecakes are pretty much modernized over here and served somewhat deconstructed in a transparent glass. So, was it as nice as it looks? Definitely. But a forewarning. It is highly addictive, so be prepared to have seconds.

Ice Tea with Softie and Matcha Smoothie. These were surprisingly good, especially the ice tea with soft serve on top. The sweetness of the soft serve ice cream complement the slightly bitter ice tea pretty well.

Overall the dining experience here at Franco is very pleasant. Highly recommended for those who are on dates or those who just want to have a relaxing time with creatively created meals to tantalize your palate.
