Established since 2013, this pork-free Western restaurant specialises in beef and steak. Staying true to its name, this premise offers an innovative grill menu of prime aged meat cuts or fresh seafood cooked ‘à la minute’ over lava stone, charcoal or on the ‘robatayaki’ style grill annexed to the hotel’s stylish main bar and lounge.
This July, Chambers Grill will be presenting Queensland Grain-Fed Beef. Directly imported from the Stanbroke Farms in Australia, the Slow-Cooked Queensland Grain-Fed Beef is carefully prepared in two ways.
The first option to enjoy is the juicy Braised Australian grain-fed beef brisket accompanied with homemade Memphis mustard sauce and crunchy slaw.
The second; a rich taste of our Australian grain-fed beef ribs specially braised for 24 hours and made to pair with Chambers Grill homemade smoked chilli barbeque sauce.
