One of the most celebrated festival in Malaysia, Hari Raya Aidilfitri is fast approaching. And so is the World Cup. Can’t help but get into the football fever instead of just celebrating raya? Well, fret not. Head over to Sungei Wang.

Me in my Baju Kedah paired with jeans instead of Kain Batik. If you find this weird-looking, well, zip it. I like it. It is all that matters. 😂
This year, Sungei Wang celebrate Ramadan and the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri with the theme “Tiki-Taka Raya”, an inspiration from the style of football short passing movement and the Raya celebration. So it will be a Raya+Foodball fever celebration in Sungei Wang.
The children from Rumah Anak Yatim&Asnaf Baitul Nurrawdhah and the Sungei Wang heroes alongside with renowned local cartoon character, ChiChi&ChaCha during the simple but meaningful Tiki Taka Raya launch recently where they invited the children for a rewarding buka puasa time at Chicken Rice Shop and spoiled them with some raya goodies.
My latest pic at Sungei Wang with my friends.
Sorry to disappoint. We didn’t wear any jersey or any tiki-taka move cuz we just finished our ‘buka puasa’ when we took the pic and we could barely move after all the food, what more pass any balls to each other.

Kuala Lumpur certainly does not lack malls for you to shop in, but this 41 years old mall has a charm of it’s own and it has been one of my favourite lurk for a couple of years now since I started to live in Kuala Lumpur and I make a point to hop over every now and then, especially during festive season, so if you see me there, just it is probably me and do say hi.
