Ramadan Buffet 2016: Lambaian Selera Utara, Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur

I grew up in all Northern states of Malaysia and I come to appreciate the fact that it is not easy to find authentic Utara cuisine in Kuala Lumpur, but much to my delight, Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur, the 20-storey stylish and contemporary city hotel has created a host of exclusive offers to celebrate the Holy Month of Ramadan; a traditional ‘Masakan Utara of Malaysia’ (Northern Cuisine) included four northern States of Malaysia which is Perlis, Penang, Perak and Kedah.

I had the opportunity to sample some of the delectable Ramadan spread offered by Hotel Royal and here’s some not to be missed dishes should you decide to break fast over there this Ramadan.
