Shortly after the sharing session with HE Dr. John Subritzky, New Zealand Ambassador/High Commissioner to Malaysia, Chef Sam Kung, Executive Chef of international luxury hotel InterContinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur was on to show how innovate cookings with various products from New Zealand during the New Zealand Food Connection showcasing at the hotel.
The showcase at Food Connection Malaysia is a demonstration of New Zealand understanding of the complex international food market and the rapidly nerd to produce safe and quality food in a sustainable way.
