Chinese New Year is the time for family togetherness and commonly celebrated with plenty of gatherings and reunion with family and friends. Realizing that not everyone is privileged enough to be blessed with a family or a privileged background, Resorts World Genting has taken an initiative to bring joy to special and underprivileged children from 9 selected children homes by celebrating Chinese New Year with them in Resorts World Genting Chinese New Year Party for Special Children.
The meaningful event was held in Coffee Terrace where the children were entertained with Lion Dance and various kinds of performance.
Gracing the the event was YB Senator Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun, Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community Development and Ms. Katherine Chew, Vice President of Resort Communications & Public Relations.
