Here’s giving you a head’s up, people. Another exciting event is coming right up in April; Wings of KKB 2016: Selangor International Bird Race, organized by Majlis Daerah Hulu Selangor and sponsored by Resorts World Genting.

Miss Katherine Chew, Vice President of Resort Communications and Public Relations of Genting Malaysia Berhad with the folks of MDHS during the press conference announcing that Resorts World Genting will once again be their main sponsor for the prestigious event.

Heading to it’s fifth year, Wings of KKB: Selangor International Bird Race is a great opportunity for birders to come together to enjoy nature and expand their knowledge of the different species of birds and their habitats. Participants will go through 10 different checkpoints starting from the charming town of Kuala Kubu Baru, past the Kalumpung Hot Springs and ending at the Genting Highlands Awana Resort. The area is part of the Important Bird Area and has gems such as the Marbled Wren Babbler, Pygmy Wren Babbler, Large Niltava, Silver-Breasted Broadbills and three hornbills namely Rhinoceros, Great and Bushy Crested.

Event will be held on 22nd April 2016 to April 24, 2016 and tentatives is as follows.
