Every year Restaurant Rebung Chef Ismail will present a different theme for the Ramadan Buffet.
For this year’s theme, “CEQ LAPAQ NASIKLA! will present 5 types of rice dishes that are popular in Malaysia and rare to find, namely Nasi Lemuni, Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Ikan and Nasi Kerabu.
Each rice dish comes with a Set that includes the main side dish and side dishes that are eaten with the rice. These rare finds are definitely something you wouldn’t wanna miss out on if you’re to break your fast at Restaurant Rebung Chef Ismail.
Can’t live without the usual of ‘lauk kampung’ dishes and wants the authentic Malay dishes to go with your rice for buka puasa?
Not to worry, the Rebung Restaurant Signature Menu will still be available throughout the month of Ramadan.
The all time favourite gulai kawah can be spotted at the buffet for your currified indulgence.
Apart from the special 5 types of rice offerings, there will be plenty of food for you to choose from at the side stalls as well.
Assorted murtabak and bubur lambuk.
Noodle counter offers various soupy noodles to warm your tummy with.
Some of the interesting finds at the action counter; some sweet and savoury Malay kuih. Must try over here is definitely the freshly made roti jala and buah Melaka.
Hot items like cucur, pisang goreng and ikan Bakar are a must try too.
Various fried noodles are available if you’re a fan of one.
Rojak buah and pecal
Sweet bubur and sweetened pulut for those with a penchant for sweet meals.
Refreshing air balang to cool yourselves with.
Diners will also be entertained by a ghazal performance from the Rojer Malay Orchestra group.
